This is it! You have reached the final day of the challenge! Let’s finish off FRIDAY with a bang. Here is a little weekend workout for you to kick off the three day break.

 

Squat Jacks – 30 Seconds

Push Ups – 30 Seconds

Dips – 30 Seconds

Sit Ups – 30 Seconds

Burpees – 30 Seconds

 

2.5 minutes per round and take a 1-2 minute rest.

Complete 3 rounds!
