Easter Sunday means copious amounts of chocolate. And if you want to indulge with an Eat Clean option then this RAW recipe is definitely for you!
What You Need:
5 Tblspn Raw Cacao powder
2 Heaped Tblspn Almond Butter
3 Tblspn Agave
1 Tblspn Raw Cacao Butter
Pit dates and soak in hot water.
Drain dry and whisk in food processor.
Add almond butter and whisk.
Add cacao powder and agave and whisk.
Roll mixture into little balls using your hands.
For the coating blitz some raw cacao powder and desiccated coconut in a coffee bean blender till it creates a fine powder.
Roll 1/2 the truffles in the powder.
For a hard chocolate coating melt 1 Tblspn of raw cacao butter in a pan and add 3-4 Tblspn of raw cacao powder.
Roll remaining truffles in the liquid chocolate till fully covered.
Place all truffles in the fridge to chill.
Eat clean chocolatey goodness!
