So the bootcamp with TV3’s Xpose got off to a flying start and with 9 weigh ins after week 1 out participants collectively lost over 30 lbs! On to week two and another 19 lbs down. They have been working hard both with us at Go Gym in Greystones and following their own fitness plans at home and at the gym in their own time. They are also following my Personal Training food plan and filling in log-books weekly so the effort level is at a high. Tune into Xpose at 6pm on Thursday’s to see how they are getting on.

Ok so this isn’t exactly fitness related but “ladies who lift” will share my pain when it comes to finding jeans that fit well. I recently bought two pairs of Freddy Jeans and they have been life! I love them. A few tips if you are going to make a purchase:
– Size up – they are definitely a small fit. I got a medium in both mine and they fit perfectly.
– The leg length is quite long so if you are blessed with short legs like me – be warned!
I got a faux snake-skin pair and a black denim pair and I am totally in love with both. And not only that – they also keep their shape all day too. Win win!
