This recipe is one of my “go to” recipes on week nights. Ready in minutes and delicious!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Turkey Fillet Breast
1/2 cup Sweet Potato
WHAT TO DO:
Simply slice the sweet potato and pop it in the oven.
Dice and fry the turkey fillets in coconut oil – we added a little chilli powder to give it an added boost.
Tear off the iceberg lettuce leaves (we soaked them in cold water and put them in the fridge to give them a little extra crisp!)
Grill the asparagus.
Roll turkey, cucumber and spring onion in lettuce fold and hold with tooth pick.
You can also add some Organic Hummus for good measure!
Serve all and enjoy!
