CHIA SEED OVERNIGHT OATS

When I know I’ve a busy morning I rend to prep some healthy overnight oats for breakfast on the go the next day.

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

45-50g Gluten Free Oats

200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Tblspn Almond Butter

1 Tblspn Chia Seed

1 Tsp Raw Cacao Powder

Handful of fresh berries

WHAT TO DO:

Mix oats, milk, almond butter, chis seed and cacao powder in a bowl.

Transfer mixture to a jar.

Cover and pop in the fridge over night.

Add fresh berries in the morning and devour!
