Quick And Easy Pro Oats

Here’s my FAVOURITE post workout meal. Pro-Oats!

WHAT YOU NEED:

40g Gluten Free Oats

1 Scoop 100% Whey Protein (Chocolate or Cookie Dough Flavour is amazing!)

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Fresh Berries

Sprinkle Raw Cacao

 

Cook the oats in a small saucepan with the Almond Milk.

Add the scoop of whey.

Stir for 5 mins.

Serve with fresh berries and a sprinkle of raw cacao.

Quick and easy and SOOOOOO good!
