Cheat Clean Cheesecake

Here at The A Department we are always trying to concoct clean cheat meal ideas – and this one ticks all the boxes! Guilt free Cheesecake…… Well almost! Take a look….

WHAT YOU NEED:
FOR THE BASE
3/4 Cup Ground Almonds
1 Tblsn Agave
3/4 Cup Organic Peanut Butter

FOR THE TOP LAYER
4 Egg Whites
2 Scoops Whey or Rice Protein (we used vanilla)
3/4 Large Tub of 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
Blueberries (optional)

What To Do:
Preheat oven to 170C
Make the base by mixing the three ingredients together and pressing into a non stick baking tin.
Separately whisk the yoghurt, whey protein and egg whites.
Pour the mixture into the base in the baking tin.
Add blueberries by placing them on top and pressing down slightly.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 mins (watching that the top does not burn).
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Place in the fridge to chill for 3-5 hours before tasting.
