What You Need:
2 Large Ripe Avocados
Juice of One Lemon
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Sprig Fresh Coriander
Organic Wholemeal Pasta/Spaghetti
What To Do:
In a blender blitz avocados, garlic, coriander, lemon juice till smooth and creamy.
Bring a pot of water to the boil and add a dash of olive oil and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
Add the pasta or spaghetti to the boiling water and cook till softened.
Drain pasta and mix the avocado sauce through.
Serve with some freshly baked fish or grilled chicken breast for a protein punch.
