No Bake Protein Balls

Now here’s a perfect little recipe to whizz up in order to have some eat clean snacks to reach for throughout the week.

Take a look……..

What You Need: 

1 Cup Dates

1/2 Cup Almonds

1/4 Cup Ground Almonds

2 Tblspns Agave

Desiccated Coconut

 

What To Do:

Grind the whole almonds in a food processor till they are broken into tiny chinks and add the dates. Whiz till well combined.

Add the agave and ground almonds.

Roll the mixture into portion sized balls with your hands and then coat in desiccated coconut.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

A handy little recipe for a snack on the go.
