ABC Flapjacks…. (That’s Almond, Banana and Cranberries!)


Those who have followed our little Facebook page will remember these tasty treats. They were actually one of the first snacks we shared! Whisk up a batch of these ABC Flapjacks and reach for one instead of your pricey supermarket options! We know we may be biased – but they are simply delish!

What You Need:
2 Bananas
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup chopped Almonds
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbls milled Flaxseed (I used one with Flaxseed and Goji berries)
1 cup rolled oats
A Splash of Almond MilkPre-heat oven to 200CHeat the mashed banana and almond butter in a pot till they are evenly combined.

Add a splash of Almond Milk to moisten

In a bowl/food processor chop almonds, walnuts, oats, cranberries and flaxseed.

Roll banana mix into dry ingredients till you’ve created a dough.

Spread into grease-proof paper lined tin or tray.

Pop in the oven for 25-30 mins till browned.

Let cool before cutting and enjoy!
