Simply S(MASH)ing Recipe – Had enough of sweet potato? Fancy a change? Well here’s a sMASHing little recipe to get your teeth into – ABC Mash. Who knew vegetables could be this good. Serve this as a side dish to some fish or meat for a reduced carb meal without sacrificing the satisfaction!

What You Need:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
2 Cloves Garlic
1 White Onion
1 tspn Coconut Oil
Sprinkle of low fat Mozzarella Cheese
Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper
Wash and break up broccoli and cauliflower and cook till soft in a pot.
Fry garlic and onion in coconut oil in a pan.
Preheat oven to 180C
Add all to a food processor and sprinkle in Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper to season.
Blend till smooth and combined.
Place in an oven tin and sprinkle with low fat mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
Devour!
