NUTTY CHOCOLATE BALLS

A tasty treat you can keep in the fridge for a little sweet tooth craving! Try these nutty chocolate balls! 

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 Cup Oat Flour (gluten free oats ground in a food processor)

5 Tblspns Ground Almonds

1 Tsp Raw Cacao Powder

1 Tblspn Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter

5 Tblspns Water

70-90% Dark Chocolate

WHAT TO DO:

Grind oats to a flour and pop into a large bowl with ground almonds, cacao powder and peanut butter.

Mix thoroughly.

Add water slowly till you have a doughy paste.

Roll small portions of the mixture into small balls and place in the freezer till the chocolate is melted.

Heat chocolate in a heat resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water.

Dip the balls to coat one half and place to set on a plate or serving dish.

Drizzle the remainder of the chocolate over the balls and place in fridge to set for 1-2 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
