Our LIFT Spring Challenge starts on Monday April 5th 2021!
This 8-week challenge will be open for any of our LIFT’ers to enter!
Our first challenge was a huge success and our winner was Helena Twomey who won the cash prize. We also had five incredible runners up who all walked away with a complimentary months membership:
This time round we are shaking it up a bit. We will have three winners – 1st, 2nd and 3rd – and the prizes are as follows!
1st – €500 cash prize plus three month complimentary membership
2nd – €300 cash prize plus 1 month complimentary membership
3rd – €200 cash prize plus 1 month complimentary membership
HOW TO TAKE PART:
-> Take your “Before” photos (optional).
-> Complete a minimum of 4 workouts per week from Monday April 5th to Sunday May 30th inclusive. These can be ANY of the workouts on the LIFT By Leanne subscription LIVE, CATCHUP or ANYTIME.
-> Complete at least one RESTORE full class or mini and/or one meditation per week
-> Share some pictures of yourself or your workout setup before or after your workout to your social media tagging @Liftbyleanne and using the hashtag #LIFTChallenge (This does not have to be done every time you workout but even one or two mentions over the 8 weeks will be a bonus!)
-> Take your “After” photos on or after Sunday May 30th (optional).
-> A Challenge Form will be sent to all members on Saturday 29th May you must submit your “Challenge Form” before Wednesday June 2nd.
There are some exciting new additions arriving in April that I think will really support this challenge – including a nutrition webinar on calculating your calories and macros – should you find that helpful.
A detailed workout tracker will be sent to each member on Monday April 5th so you can record your total sessions over the 8 week period.
The winners will be chosen by the LIFT By Leanne team and will be announced on Sunday 6th June via the LIFT By Leanne email and the LIFT By Leanne Instagram and Facebook accounts.

-> You must be a LIFT By Leanne Subscriber from on or before Monday 5th April to the challenge finish date (Sunday May 30th) to be in with a chance to win.
-> The “Challenge Form” will be emailed to all LIFT By Leanne subscribers on Saturday 29th May where you will be required to fill it out complete with your before and after photos (optional*).
*As we all know – LIFT By Leanne is not primarily focused on body transformations. Rather I want my members to form healthy workout habits and make fitness and feeling good a part of your life. However, photos are an incredible tool for measuring progress and a huge motivating factor. So whilst the option will be there to submit your photos along with the challenge form – it will not be necessary for you to do so. Your chance to win the challenge will be based on several factors (including workouts completed and testimonials) and so photos are not compulsory.
Please note: If you are currently a LIFT By Leanne subscriber and you do not want to partake in the challenge you do not have to! You simply continue your training as you always have.
