Here’s this weeks HIIT Session Of The Week! Do the 5’s then the 10’s then the 15’s then the 20’s and REST. Repeat for 3-5 rounds!

5’s 

  • Burpee
  • Chin Up
  • Push Up

10’s

  • Squat (weighted)
  • Shoulder Press
  • Box Jumps

15’s 

  • Lunge
  • Chest Press
  • Mountain Climbers

 

20’s 

  • Step Up
  • Sit Up
  • Squat Jumps
