It’s definitely Summer salad season and this is a good one….. Take a look!
WHAT YOU NEED:
Juice of 1/2 lime
(Blend in a food processor)
WHAT TO DO:
Make the quantity of design you require with the ingredients listed above.
Toast pine nuts and almonds under a medium grill for 3-5 minutes
Chop spinach, kale, scallions, avocado, cherry tomatoes and mix in a large serving dish.
Half a pomegranate and empty the seeds from one half into a small bowl, rinse and sprinkle over the salad.
Serve with the dressing on the side.
We also fried some steak in coconut oil, cut into strips and served to add a protein punch!
