Let’s Get Juicing….

It seems it’s definitely the time of year for colds, flus and bugs and we haven’t managed to escape it. So in a bid to boost our immune systems a little we’ve been adding some fresh juices to our meals. Here are a couple we whizzed up this morning:

JUICE 1:

Carrot, Beetroot, Apple and Ginger

Beetroot is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, great source of energy, can even help normalise blood pressure and can help reduce temperatures. The Ginger can help to tackle nausea so add a little to your juice to reap the benefits.

JUICE 2

Pineapple, Apple and Spinach

The pineapple juice is literally brimming with Vitamin C to boost your immune system and it’s also a great aid to digestion as well as an energy supply. The addition of the Spinach packs the juice with added vitamins A, B complex, C, E, K, carotenes, folate, manganese, calcium, iron, iodine and magnesium.

When you are feeling under the weather boosting your body with NATURAL goodness is far better than masking the symptoms. Help yourself to heal on the inside and you’ll be back to your fighting self in no time.
