Here is a DELICIOUS little recipe PERFECT for a weekend breakfast treat.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Cup Almond Flour
2-4 Tbspns Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Greek Yoghurt/Fresh Blueberries (or toppings of your choice)
WHAT TO DO:
1: Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
2: Sift in flour and cinnamon and mix well
3: Melt coconut oil in a pan and add batter in small rounds.
4: Cook until brown on the underside and flip to cook on the opposite side for 45 seconds.
5: Serve with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt and small handful of blueberries.
