4 Ingredient Chicken “Pizza”

A quick and easy recipe for your midweek dinner.

What You Need:
Chicken Fillet (1 per person)
Tomato Purée
Onion
Garlic

Preheat oven to 180C

Slice the chicken fillet down the middle and open out, bake for 15-20 mins

Sauté onions and garlic in a pan with coconut oil.

Top chicken with tomato purée and the sautéed onions and garlic.

Bake for a further 15 mins.

Top with Parmesan cheese and serve!
