HOMEMADE GRANOLA


Don’t bother with shop bought granola which can be loaded with hidden additives and sugar. Try this homemade recipe – delicious and ready in minutes!

What you Need:
3 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Uncooked Quinoa
1 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup pumpkin Seeps
1 Tblspns Cinnamon
2 Tblsns Coconut Oil
3 Tblspns Raw Honey

Preheat oven to 150-170C
In large bowl combine oats, quinoa, nuts and cinnamon.
In a small saucepan over low heat, heat coconut oil and honey till melted.
Pour the melted mix over dry mix and stir it well.
Spread mixture out on baking tray and bake for 10mins.
Remove from oven to mix.
Return to oven and bake for 20 mins more.
Keep an eye on it!! You only want it golden brown!!

Serve with almond milk. Or with fresh berries and Greek yoghurt!
