Gluten Free Waffles

Dave made these on Sunday night at our house and so many people have been asking for the recipe! They are delicious!

First off you need to have a waffle iron – we picked ours up in Aldi at one stage – but I’ve also seen them in Tesco and Argos so have a look.


What You Need:
1 Cup Gluten Free Flour
2 Tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
2 Eggs
Dash of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Natural Vanilla Extract
Toppings (we used raspberries, blueberries, flaked almonds, greek yoghurt and nutella.)


What To Do:
Preheat the waffle iron
Spray with low-calorie spray so the waffle does not stick.
Mix the flour, eggs, baking powder and milk in a bowl.
Pour mixture onto the iron and close to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with your desired p!
